Work

Creative Director — 360 Media Group

2009 – Present

At 360 Media Group I deliver enterprise-level imaging for both local and global real-estate brands, including major agencies such as Sotheby’s International, CBRE, and Colliers, creating visual and technical content that serves clear creative and commercial goals.

My work spans photography, technical documentation, and video production. I capture high-quality property imagery, create precise architectural drawings of structures and land for marketing campaigns, and film and edit virtual property tours from concept through to final delivery.

I design repeatable digital workflows — including asset storage, naming conventions, and file delivery — so projects remain organised, consistent, and future-proof across teams and clients.

Across every project, I manage end-to-end client relationships from brief to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, refining expectations, and ensuring results are delivered on time with minimal rework.

Photographer — L& Creative

2025 – Present

L& Creative is a portrait photography practice built around collaboration and visual storytelling. The name reflects a simple idea — every project is “Liam & you,” a creative partnership where the process is just as important as the final image.

Although the brand itself is new, it draws on many years of freelance experience across portraiture, commercial imaging, and creative media. That foundation informs both the technical precision and the intuitive, people-centred approach that shapes every shoot.

As a queer-owned business, L& Creative prioritises inclusivity and trust. People of all genders, sexualities, identities, and bodies are welcome and celebrated. My work spans polished professional portraits, editorial-style projects, and bold explorations of queer identity, kink, and sexuality, always with care, respect, and trust.

Production Coordinator — Cannon Electrical Systems

2023 – 2024

At Cannon Electrical Systems I worked at the intersection of electronics, fabrication, and automation, delivering low-voltage control and mechatronic systems for major transport infrastructure projects.

I wired and tested control boxes for the Parramatta Light Rail, ensuring precise assembly and compliance with Transport for NSW safety standards. I also assembled and integrated automated check-in kiosks and self-service bag-drop systems for Western Sydney Airport, and built and commissioned baggage scanning, weighing, and transfer conveyor systems to ensure accurate routing across the airport’s baggage network.

Working closely with engineering and software teams, I helped troubleshoot and optimise systems during deployment to ensure reliable real-world performance. I maintained detailed technical documentation to support compliance and traceability, while also identifying improvements to streamline assembly and testing workflows.

Online Content Creator — Freelance

2017 – 2023

I produced and presented regular on-camera content for live online audiences, building and moderating interactive communities across multiple platforms. The role blended performance, communication, and emotional awareness — engaging in real time while maintaining a clear creative direction.

I collaborated closely with other creators to refine ideas, experiment with formats, and improve overall engagement. Using audience analytics and retention data, I shaped content to align with viewer behaviour and emerging trends rather than relying on intuition alone.

On the technical side, I researched and implemented production tools to support evolving creative needs. Where existing software fell short, I developed custom scripts and workflows to solve practical problems. I also designed visual, audio, and lighting systems to boost production quality and create a more immersive viewing experience.

Pre-Press Operator — Sinnott Bros

2007 – 2009

I prepared a wide range of reflective and transparent originals for high-quality digitisation, working with precision to preserve detail, colour accuracy, and tonal range before images entered production workflows. This involved careful handling of negatives, slides, and printed materials, as well as selecting the most appropriate scanning method for each asset.

I operated and maintained a suite of professional imaging equipment, including drum scanners, flatbeds, slide scanners, and dedicated film scanners, ensuring consistent results across varied media types.

I also performed detailed retouching and colour correction for premium print publications, working on titles such as Vogue Australia, GQ, Taste, and Donna Hay Magazine; balancing aesthetic intent with technical print requirements.

A key part of my role was managing colour accuracy throughout the print pipeline. I calibrated large-format printers, used spectrophotometers and colorimeters, and implemented colour management practices to ensure faithful reproduction from screen to print, minimising variance and maintaining production standards.
